Let’s see
Of the 3 Motorhome models the OP (he or She) asked about, I believe the chassis are comparable. They are the best of each manufacturer. I would think they can be compared to in their price range. It kinda leaves floorplan and colors
Just my opinion

I've seen some real nice floor plans in junk RVs and people fall victim to them all the time.
I are correct and I agree, but of the 3 models that was in the original question , I would assume the top of each manufacturer chassis would be comparable. Also, They are in same price range too.
So it leaves floorplan and colors.
Maybe that’s why Entegra has so many floorplans for the Cornerstone and why the Eagle isn’t selling as well with just 2 that I don’t even like.
If I don’t like a floorplan, that model is scratched off my buy list.

Of the three you mentioned, We just purchased our second Cornerstone. Reasons: best insulated, hung wall construction, quietest ride, best air ride suspension, largest engine in it's class, floor plan that was to our liking, two year warranty and that is one is hard to beat, with probably the best customer service leader in the business.

When you ask a question like "Which one of these is the best?" the answers that you're going to get will be honest and sincere but they will be based on the experience of the person answering.
The reality of it is that very few folks have owned multiple brands and thus when they give an opinion, it's going to be slanted towards the one they own. Everyone knows that they bought "the best" brand - it shows just how savvy they were when they were shopping (myself included - I love my Entegra!) What's important to me though may be 180º away from what's important to you. Like others have said, find a floor plan that you like and the best way to do that is to tour a lot of them. Hopefully we'll be back to normal soon and RV shows will be a thing again. We decided on one that we liked at the huge Hershey RV show.
Once you have that decided (or at least narrowed down) look for other things that are important to you - entertainment systems, satellite systems, generator capacity, solar pre-wired, standard features versus options, etc., etc.

Then, do some research on that particular model - query the forums for people that have that particular coach - find out what their pluses and minuses are. What do they think of it? What's the build quality? How were "issues" addressed by the dealer? the manufacturer?

Base your selection on those answers, not on a "which is best" question because there is no "best", only "best" in someones opinion.

I’ve seen this claim made a few times. What data is this based on or is it just an opinion? I’m not attacking your statement- I really would like to know.

Best of luck on your search! My wife and I just purchases a 2021 Newmar Mountain Aire after looking at Entegra, Tiffin and American as well as a Newmar London Aire and King Aire. We had no past biases but decided on the Newmar Mtn Aire. Give Newmar a look if you haven't already.

Recommend adding Newmar to your list and consideration.

After 3 years of in-depth research, we just ordered a 2021 Newmar Dutch Star 4081 (on Spartan chassis). Had considered Entegra and Tiffin as well, however both fell short to our requirements even though each had some very strong features. Only issue is how long we need to wait for delivery - scheduled for late April or May 2021.

Also recommend making a list of all the features on each that you consider in a side-by-side comparison list, then prioritize which are most important to you - may find a more clear objective choice. Then let your subjective measures come into play. In the end you need to be confident and happy in your decision. I know we are! (PS: Newmar had the most in options and allowed some key customizations (known as specials) that we desired.)

We wish you much success on your deliberations!

1st strong recommendation is DO NOT BUY NEW. Manufacturers have consistently turned out low quality workmanship & leave it to the dealers to fix it. So, second, buy fron a good dealership (do your homework). 3rd buy Floorplan you want. Last, brand.
