Either one is a good choice. The Cornerstone is better insulated than the others. If you broaden your search to the Newmar Mountain Aire or London Aire, they are also better insulated the the Tiffin or AE. As a result, they are easier to heat and cool plus less road noise.

I always say, pick the floorplan first, colors second, manufacturer third, chassis is fourth. ( only Nemar has a chassis choice on some models)

You gotta live in it.
I’ve seen some nice high end MHs I would never buy because it never got past #2.

My recommendations kinda fit how Newell, Liberty, and Marathon does things.

Welcome! Do you have experience with RV's? You are looking at very sophisticated rigs, are you comfortable with the gear or will this be a learning event?

We went with a 38' gasser for our first rig. We went with Newmar on that rig so we could do the factory delivery and get a full week with the rep learning the rig (it was our first).

Two years later, we have a Cornerstone on order. It checks our boxes. DW liked the floor plan and fit and finish. I was good with the mechanicals and the liked the two year warranty.

I would also offer that you put as much thought into the dealer you buy from, as you do in the rig you choose.

Best of luck, see you around the campfire (socially distant, of course).

Welcome aboard.
Glad you were able to join us

IMO the manufacturer is by far the most important feature.
The colours, floor plan cabinet quality are very insignifican if your coach spends much of its life in the repair shop.

We will upgrading to either a Newmar Dutch Star or an Entegra next year or whenever the world returns to something like normal. Good luck with your search.

+1000 - You are going to run into things that need to be fixed and serviced. Having a good dealer or the mothership close "within a couple hundred miles from home" where they can be addressed will make living with the motorhome so much easier.

This was my important lesson with my first RV purchase.

Tiffin Allegro Bus on order

We recently ordered a Tiffin Allegro Bus OPP with every option and saved the extra $100K to buy a small lot and build a pole barn for the rv near our 2nd home in Michigan. Although not quite as luxurious as the Zepher I think we will be very satisfied and had a broader group of dealers to choose from since only a few Tiffin dealers carry the Zephers. Good luck.

Mr Butler, you have picked some classy Buses to consider.......
BUT
I would recommend that to drop the American Eagle out of your search......T is far from the Quality of the other 2
You could add a Newmar to compare with,however.... Probably he Essex would be in the price range of the other 2
I think the Newmar has better insulation.......and I haven't looked at the Velvet...C

You may be out-of-date. Monaco is just another brand label in the Rev Group stable, along with Fleetwood, Holiday Rambler and American Coach. Not much unique about it vs those other brands.
