OK turn that valve off and disconnect the ice maker line. Turn the valve back on to see if you have water at the valve.
If you have water at the valve reconnect line, turn back on and check to see if ice maker is on, switch on and or metal ice bin arm in down position.

The ice maker usually needs 120V AC to operate. Check inverter on or shore power on or generator on. You'll need one of these for it to function.

If no water at valve, then you'll have to trace line back until you find it. Correct and then continue with above paragraph.

If you have the water line but no water, but aren't sure whether there's a shut-off valve somewhere, try using an air compressor to blow light-pressure air into the line, and have somebody next to the Fill cap listening for bubbles. Either they hear bubbles, or they don't and your air will stop entering the line pretty quickly....unless there is a break in the line.
Air entering, but no bubbles = break in line

Air not entering, and no bubbles = an in-line valve somewhere

Our valve is in the outside access panel for the back of the fridge. Maybe there is a second valve?

Call Fleetwood tech support, they may give some help. If it’s a Samsung RF18 like ours it has switch to turn on off ice maker. Also under ice marker there is a button to cycle ice maker. With water pressure to sink, try cycling ice maker with that button. Have to purge air from lines sometimes.

My new Pace Arrow full size refrigerator had water at the valve going to the white plastic tubing for the ice maker. Found when refrigerator was pushed back into place the tubing was pinched stopping water flow.

In some cases, there is an exterior access door about 3/4 of the way up the coach, behond the refrigerator that allows access to the shutoff valve.
