I'd like to see a video on jacking up and removing wheels on Class A DP

I haven't found a decent video of a shade tree mechanic jacking up and removing front and rear wheels on a DP. I know I've read lots of posts of people who do it, but I'd be interested in actually seeing jack placement, use of jack stands and possibly torque multipliers to remove and re torque whe wheel nuts.

Don't really plan on doing this, but I'd be interested to watch

Go visit a local tire shop that services large trucks and trailers and observe. Your DP is very similar as far as all aspects of tire work is concerned, the body and accessibility obstacles it presents are the only differences.

+1, I just had new tires mounted and they used air bottle Jacks under the axle. They used an industrial impact wrench to remove the lug nuts.
I know the tires are heavy but it was a one man job. I heard where others will use the levelers instead of jacks.

Last time I had new tires installed they used my levelers. I have the Quadra by Big Foot and you can lift each corner individually. Very powerful levelers.

Yep, if you have levelers, we don't on this rig, just air suspension leveling. On the previous two Dutch Stars we could use the HWH levelers to lift the entire rig off the ground if need be. Each of the four rams were rated at 12,000#'s and the last one only weighed 32,000#'s or so.

When I had tires installed last spring. The tire shop used bottle jacks and stands and a 3/4" drive impact to remove the lug nuts.

That's the right way. Do not use levelers alone except in an emergency. Hydraulic line failure can cause a bad accident! Always use jack stands and a 1" drive impact wrench. 3/4" won't do it. Jack under "I beam" of front axle as close to the wheel as possible, or if you have levelers, lift corner of unit you want to change and place jack stand under axle.

First picture is front they lifted in the middle the front suspension has substantial framing to lift and place jack stands. The issue with the front have to lift further as now the suspension all needs to relax down so the tires can go up. Unlike the rear as you are lifting everything at the axle.
Yes, could have been a 1" impact. Did not look that close.

My owners manual says this about using the levelers to jack up the coach:

NOTE: The leveling system jacks are not designed for use in changing
tires. This can cause problems with the suspension system, frame alignment
and damage to the windshields.

I use the levelers to pick up the frame but leave the tires on the ground. Then I install jack stands to support the frame. At this point I use a 3/4" square drive socket and slide bar with a 3' pipe extension to loosen all lugs. Next the 20T hydraulic jack under the axle to lift the tire clear of the ground and remove. A crowbar between the tire and the floor is helpful for taking the tire weight off the lugs so the wheel can be more easily walked off. Same procedure reversed for installing. Pulling rear brake drums is a bit more complex, but OP didn't ask that one. I tighten lugs with a calibrated torque multiplier. I have a 3/4" torque wrench to use if I need to.

Working with an IFS vs straight axle in the front makes a difference. Ours has the IFS so have to deal with the swing arms.

Been their done that. We were at a campground in Tennessee I was waiting for my wife to get ready so we could go exploring in the jeep. I went outside to wait and finish my coffee and it looked like my outside dual was bulging on the bottom.
Got out my tire guage and the inside dual was low so I aired it up with the coachs air to find a broken valve stem. We just drove 300 miles the day before and had a tire monitor and also checked all tires with guage before leaving.
I noticed a tire shop when we were going to CG so we limped over there and in under 45min. and $35.00 all was good.
