I think that I have most of those items on your list. I would change the headlights, my just plain suck, a diesel pusher and a six speed trans, and maybe 3 slides. But I do really like my MH just not the gas mileage, 7.5 mpg.

If I knew then what I know now

More electrical outlets especially in the bedroom!

I would have started 5 years earlier. No one I have talked to has said "I wish I would have stayed working!"

A satellite dish that tracks while moving, it is only $100.00 more that one that doesn't. I like the booth table, lots of extra storage underneath.

Jamie, what kind of satellite dish? I have a Winegard that came as stationary, but added an upgrade kit for in motion.

You can add a Camco water heater rod that goes in the drain tube for little money. Works great and only 4amps @ 110 v

Our carpet is light colored and is a pain to keep clean. I purchased some color coordinated throw rugs to help keep it clean. An 8'X2' for the kitchen, 5'X4" for the living room and a 3'x2' for the entry between the driver and passenger seats. It looks fine but would look much nicer over hardwood floors. Got a bid to do just that including entry steps at $7500. If we were full timers I'd have it done but for only 3 months use out of the year we'll put up with the carpet. We're fine with everything else so I doubt we'll be in the market for another MH any time soon!!
