In-line fuel filter
I have a 1994 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, 37.5 feet in length. Will someone please tell me exactly where the in-line fuel filter is located. The gas lines run from the 75 gallon tank to the engine in the I-beam channel on the driver's side. But, I cannot locate the fuel filter. Thank you for your kind assistance.

Yes, that is where it should be. In that area near the LP tank I located a small square box on the I-beam. But, I do not think that is the in-line filter since the one I am replacing is rather large and round looking.

Are you saying that they put a fuel filter inside an F-1 oil filter?

Still think it should be on the driver's side frame rail. I recently changed mine which was the original Motorcraft FG872. I replaced it with a Baldwin BF1166 which is a round inline fuel. I can't imagine Ford using anything other than this type of filter. The F-1 just doesn't sound right especially being a 2 part filter (been wrong before though). If you purchased yours from a parts house I'll bet it is the correct one.

Ken---
I went back under the motorhome with a good light and you were right. The filter was located on the driver's side frame rail. Somehow I missed identifying it when I went under the motorhome the first time. That is why I am a Jr.Member of iRV2!! Thanks for your assistance!
P.S. Of course, being 85 years old is a good excuse!

Thanks for the update. Glad you found it. This recent thread may come in handy to remove it.

Blaine, you certainly need to be complimented for your efforts especially at your age. Any chance that you were able to see the number on the filter that is currently on there? When I looked up this application there were several different fuel filters shown. Having the current filter number may save you heartburn later.
I'd have to say at 85 you probably have a valid excuse. I'm going on 70 and I swear I've spent more time under my MH than inside of since we purchased it a little over a year ago.
