Installing the Optional 3rd Air Conditioner

I am trying to install the Optional 3rd A/C that the previous owner did not order. The wiring and roof structure were installed at the Fleetwood factory. I have installed required A/C controller and associated circuit breaker. I have purchased a Coleman Mach 15 Heat Pump, the Top Mount hardware and the Plenum Roof Air Duct Connector that mounts between the ceiling and the roof.

Before I cut the 14" x 14" opening in the roof, I would like to determine what I need for a gasket to seal between the Plenum and the Air Conditioner to provide the cold air supply to the in-ceiling plenum ducts. If anyone has had to replace a Top Mount A/C, they would have likely seen or replaced this gasket.

Here is an image of the Plenum Connector that sits between the ceiling and the roof below the A/C.

I have 3 A/Cs. In 3 years I've only used all 3 two times at once. At a Nat Park where there was no power, ran all 3 to cool down late evening. Another time to cut down on the partying noise next door.
If my Discovery had not come with a third knowing what I know now I would not buy the third.
My 3 only use 24 amps. 8 each.

Hi Fiesta48,

we've had a different experience. My wife uses a c-pap and can't sleep if it is too warm. There were times last summer when we'd pull into a rest area and with a hot engine right under the bed, the temperature wouldn't go below 80° for several hours in the bedroom. If we close all the vents in the front of the coach it would get cooler marginally quicker but in the morning the ceiling in the front of the coach would be dripping condensation. I guess it depends on where and when you camp and your tolerance to heat. Thank you for your comment!
