Intellitec EMS with No Power

Now is the day I certainly need some help. Like every day, someone needs help; and now is my day.
While preparing for a trip to South Carolina on Monday, I found what worked yesterday, today can't get any incoming 110v power from a sure power source. All 110v systems work on gererator, but the Intellitec board was not lit or active until a few minutes ago. Suddenly it just started indicating power. Can this issue be the Intellitec transfer switch? The circuit breakers on the Fredom inverter, on the 110v power board including 50 amp breakers have all been thrown at least twice. All grounds in the transfer switch have been checked for tightness. The Intellitec unit seems to just spin, instead of going into powering up the circuits. We have a Spartan MM chassis. Any circuit breakers that I've missed, or is it just time for a new Intellitec system. I suppose I can call them on Monday. Any and all ideas gladly accepted. Thank you all.
BTW, unit is still spinning. Useless like that!Click image for larger version

It sounds to me like your batteries are low if your running off the inverter - the EMS has sufficient power to power up, but when the EMS starts applying load, the lack of battery power to the inverter kills everything (with no heavy load, there is enough battery power to energize the electronics, but with a load, the batteries die killing everything).

The above assuming you for certain have an inverter, and not just a “convertor”.

Does the issue occur only when on shore power? Only when on genset power? Battery power?

I believe that the Intellitec EMS will not function without a good 12V supply. So if the batteries were sufficiently discharged that would do exactly what the OP said, and once the inverter/converter/charger charged the house batteries sufficiently then it would kick on.

Mr Mark and Nehog, you're both right. Because of the pandemic, we have pretty much stayed put. To my surprise, I hadn't watered the batteries in 3 months or so. Once I realized that, I decided to make sure all the connections were tight as well ( almost all were somewhat loose), cleaned the four house batteries and watered them. With that, everything began function normally again. So now I finally sat down after prepping for South Carolina all day and read your posts at 8:30 pm. If I hadn't given my batteries attention before reading you're posts tonight, I would have followed your suggestions to the same results. Thank you nonetheless, because it's great knowing that we all care enough to help each other when called upon. Thank you, to both of you.Click image for larger version
