Intellitec Model 760 50 AMP SMART EMS

I have a 2005 Monaco Camelot, 40', 4 slides. My first Problem I lost power to my EMS, then I had power the EMS but I was only getting AC power to all my outlets, no power to lights, water pump, Air Conditioners or Exhaust fans.
I then replaced the EMS Board and everything worked until I turned on the pump. Any recommedations?

EMS is for the 120 volt circuits.

Lights, vent fans, water pump and AC Thermostat are all 12 volt.

Only common factor is that the EMS does require a 12 volt circuit.

First thing I would check is the salesman switch, which is located at the front door passenger side console. If the switch is off all 12 volts will not work.
