Intellitec slide controls

To all the intellitec slide gurus ( help). Went to pull slides in this morning and had this problem. Dutch Star 2003, three slide 4004, pulled long living slide in it did fine, but the bedroom started in and quit after four inches. Just stopped. Green activate light in switch stayed on but no motor power. Went thru all the standard tests, still nothing. Decided to check Kitchen slide, also nothing. Fuse good. Used a jumper batt pack to wire direct to motors, no problem, both motors worked fine. Ran 16 miles to next stop, with gen running, decided to hook up wires to kitchen and it had started working. Still no bedroom operation. Used batt pack to open bedroom slide, and now kitchen had quit again. Voltage at motor 12.89vdc. Using separate battery banks, no joy. Any ideas what could both controllers to go out simultaneously? Batteries are at 13.72 on charge. The one minute working one minute not is confusing the heck out of me. First trouble in 4 yrs (since new to us purchase)
