Interior roof wrinkles

Looking at buying a class A the interior roof has a few small wrinkles at the seam is this a sign of water or is it just poor glue/stapling?

The roof on top looks good. No soft spots and there is no water stain inside and it is not soft as well.

Any advice would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Pictures are worth 1000 words but probably just due to flexing while travelling down the road.
