Intermitent slide out issue

I have a Damon Daybreak 2010 whit one large sofa slideout. Occasionnelly, he won't retract. Battries are full/connected, wall switch is ok, no bizzard noize from the motor or from the hardware. So when he won't retrack, Îm able to make it move back in by keeping clicking the wall in switch.... it's moving in inch by inch. Any idea where can be the problem source ???

The very first thing I would do is to replace the switch. You can buy replacement switches at just about any camping world or similar facility for under $25.

It happens a lot that the contacts in the switch simply get old, and only make full contact intermittently.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

I agree that it's probably the switch! Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
