Inverter question

I have a 2015 WBGO Vista 35F. Will my inverter power my 12 cu ac/propane fridge on ac while going down the road?

It won't be set up like that, but it can.

Problem is if you forget and leave it on inverter power, while dry camping, it will drain your batteries in a few hours.

Gas is so much more efficient.

I sort of doubt it if it's a propane refer. It'll likely default to propane as that is much more efficient than going through an inverter.

Best to check your users guide.

It should. Have you tried it in the driveway when it's not plugged into shore power? If it works there, it will work underway.

The fridge is probably 300-400 watts will pull 30-40 amps on 12v from alternator and they hardly ever cycle off. Sometimes the icemaker will be on split duplex outlet to inverter other to shore/genny side . Like said if you space out setting up at CG you'll be drawing down the batteries.

I’m new at this so my question is: If I leave my coach in storage for a 2-4 weeks should I leave my Norcold fridg on with propane propane or can I just turn it off? When off can I keep the door cold or should it be left open to avoid mold?

Thanks to everyone for the input on my question. Since it pulls that high wattage, I'll just continue to use the propane route.

Good call. When I wired an inverter into my previous pull trailer I unwittingly included the fridge and it blew through my 4 GC's in no time. I like propane, my current fridge is a 3 way and I would never use the batteries.
