If it had a generator and it has been maintained well; yes. Otherwise, not so good, as it would be impossible to resell.

Really hard to tell sight unseen... If they had it repo'd it probably was not taken care of too well or needs repairs that cost more than it is worth.

X3 could be a fine unit, just waiting for your clean up and personalization, or could be a money pit with engine, chassis, tires, electrical, plumbing needs that would never be able to be used without investing just as much money as you paid. I would be wary of such a deal without first investigating all systems completely.

It's 167 miles from me and it's might not be worth the gas to go see it.

Thanks for input from everyone.

High retail is about 9K, low retail 7K. I think that is without the generator. So, does not sound like a super deal.

Being a newby so to speak,, I would never consider one (MH) without a generator... We don't boondock, but have used it (gen) many times for the extra AC going down the road, or parking for lunch at a resturant (sp?) to keep the dogs cool in the heat.
And as said,, resale would be a big thing...

Never had a generator or they took it out. How big is it, and what shape is it in. Might be worth a look I think, you don't know if you don't see it. Maybe the guy took great care of it, lost job and fell on hard times and lost it. Might be worth the gas to go see it. Maybe the bank could send you some PIC's.
