The air filter is provided by the chassis builder, not Cummins, so different installations of an ISL engine may have different filters. They all meet or exceed some minimum airflow spec set by Cummins, but size and shape differs. You need to be sure you have identified what your rig uses, not some other owner.
Does it have to be a Donaldson filter? There are other makers of that same size/shape filter. Find them using a filter cross-reference tool like this one:
https://www.airfilter-crossreference...ALDSON/P537448
There are lots of sources for the size & type filters typically used with an ISL 400. myfleetfilters.com, Napa stores or online,everythingtruckparts.com, etc. Just Google the brand and number filter you want.

Last filter I bought like this was from Filter Barn but they are now out of business.
Your best bet would be to do a search on Ebay, Amazon, and google shopping and see what you can find as far as availability price & shipping. But make sure the filter is actually in stock, when I was looking for hydraulic filters most would list it but not in stock. Ended up buying from the Modern Shop,

Filter barn was my go to - Usually there are a few spots that just have then priced lower than I've found so far - Clean enough for the 200 miles this year so hope someone just see's this and is also looking for the filter and shares His/Her find.
Thanks

Filter Barn out of business??? Maybe some place/s will buy out inventory and resell for fast turn around on money. I have found best deals on EBay . Have checked Rock Auto for large filters but have caught some great clearance buys from them on common items.
