Issue with check trans light

I have 2002 Winnabago Journey with 5.9 Cummins and Allison 2000 (generation 3) transmission. The check transmission light comes on after driving 5 to 7 miles and stays on until engine is shut-off and repeats each time engine is shut-off. Allison has been able to pull codes U 2104 and U2105 which is an OEM issue with J1939 data link. Allison has been unable to isolate the issue and Freightliner has absolutely no clue.
Allison was going to rewire data link and thought that would fix the problem but it failed to fix the issue. ohms all are OK. Everyone is at a loss of what to do. Any ideas that anyone would have would be appreciated. Allison plans to put a TCM on tomorrow and see if that will solve the issue.

After several hours of working on the Allison tranny checking wires cleaning connections it hopefully has worked. The Allison tech drove the MH and was unable to get the tranny light to come back on. Hopefully it is fixed at a cost of $1,300. I drove the MH home and all seems to be ok. I will keep my figures crossed.
