Where can I go to find replacement decals and graphics for my 1998 Itasca Class A?

Winnebago. If they don't have they can tell you who does or who might.

I would either go to Winnebago or I would talk to a local graphics/sign shop and have them make them for you. You might be surprised. If you've got any of the old decals left on the coach and they can make a pattern off of them, the price might be less than purchasing them from Winnebago.

Don't waste your time, take it to someone that can paint them on. It will look much better and never come off.

Winnebago doesn't handle decals for older coaches. In 2011 they repainted portions of the front end on our 2001 motorhome when the decals were failing.

They used to have their own surplus store but now at the end of each model year sell all their surplus items to Mobility RV. Keep in mind any surplus items you buy that came Winnebago could be from the year the coach was made.

I've used www.winnegagoparts.com . They have decals and minute parts, just up the road from the factory.
