Hello and We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy our website and forums. Good luck, stay safe and keep posted.
That model is no longer available but there are other Jensen units that will replace it. It is probably not feasible to repair and I did see one on ebay for just over $100. Do a Google search for Jensen AWM970 .

I represent ASA Electronics, the producer of the JENSEN brand of televisions, stereos, and speakers, Voyager brand of observation monitors and cameras and the Advent brand of appliances. At ASA, we strive to provide excellent customer service and product satisfaction and would like to offer some assistance in this matter.
Please try resetting the DVD deck mechanism and the main unit. First, press the reset button, which is located just above the "DOLBY DIGITAL" logo on the lower left side of the unit. Use a paper clip or ball point pen to gently press that for about 1 second. Next, press and hold the EJECT button for 3-4 seconds. You should hear the DVD deck mechanism make noise as it resets. See if these steps get your unit working again. When you re-test, make sure you are using original discs in good condition.
If you need further assistance, feel free to call. You can reach us on our toll free technical support line at (877) 845-8750. We are available M-F 8:00 AM till 6:00 PM EDT.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

Dang it but meaning no offense. I wished I had known this before I scheduled my moho for a warranty repair of my radio which went pitch black and wouldn't operate. Lost my cameras and all else. Time to bookmark (add to favorites) this. I do like the brand though. Now I have a number. tks/Mikey
