I'm thinking it would be cheaper to run a water hose with a nozzel thru the window, with a yard nozzel you could adjust the spray for comfort.

I don't know. I still enjoy the freedom of scooting along the carpet.

I'd be worrying about making sure the water you get from it is warm. Not HOT or COLD. Scary either way

Wouldn't be without one. We added the ambient temp warmer but that does not work well in the MH so we added one that is heated.

If you added a recirculating pump on your Black tank, It wouldn't use that much more water. A whole nuter meaning of getting hosed.

Oh, this is going downhill, fasssst

My only complaint with these things in Japan is keeping them clean. Maids don't want to mess with a bunch of tiny nozzles, and they get pretty horrid. Of hundreds of hotel stays, I've never dared to try the bidet function once. But, one that is kept to residential std might be cool (no pun intended).

BTW, I love the department store bidet-seat displays there: there is a clear plastic dome covering the seat, which is mounted on a basin that is recessed into the store countertop. Amazing, some of those models fire with the force of a space shuttle launch!!

Have fun with your new toy!

You guys are a hoot. It sure is great to see there is still humor with the way things are going. Laughter IS the best medicine. i only paid $99.00 for it and that included shipping. They even gave it to me for 30 free to see if I liked it. I figured what the h--l! If I like it I'll keep it and if not, back it goes. I was always the one with the tight jaw and high stress job. now I'm retired, eat dinner at 4:00 just to catch the early bird special and take things in stride. AIN'T LIFE GRAND!!!!!!!!! Thanks to all who answered and please keep your humor going.

If you send it back will they resell it as a "refurbished" item at a discount? I can see the ad now, for sale one slightly used bidet in like new condition used only a few times still has the chrome plating on it.
