Kitchen dinette

Hi team. As I sit at my kitchen dinette I have noticed the little warning sticker on window. Iíve seen it since Iíve owned this Monaco dynasty . since Feb .

It states.. ď this seat not for occupancy while vehicle is in motionĒ AD-09W

The couch in front of that towards the drivers compartment doesnít have that sticker and itís in the same slide? Can somebody give me an answer which I can be satisfied with. Basically .. I scratch my head on this so any answer Iíll entertain at this point. The couch in front has the emergency egress so I could see where maybe itís to be left open? But is only a window with to latches in case I need to bail.

That would be for the rear facing seat, only forward facing seats that have seat belts are suppose to be occupied while moving according to the NTSB(in other words the government said so)

That's the lawyers talking. Seats that do not comply with the federal motor vehicle safety standards (FMVSS) are designated "not for use when in motion". Seat belts, head rests, that sort of thing.

You'll probably find seat belts under the couch or under the cushions and probably none for the dinette. My last class A was advertized as a 6 pasenger coach and had 2 belts for the sofa and 2 for the dinette seat facing forward.
