Koni Shocks

Does anyone know where you can buy Koni 8805 1001 shocks for Workhorse Chassis. Seems they are not available or in stock anywhere I can find in the USA?

These guys show that they have them in stock. Maybe call them beforehand to make sure they do:

Koni Shocks

I had them ordered from them over a month ago , called them and they said they could not get them for a few months , but did not bother to tell me after 4 weeks . But they did charge my card , after finally getting ahold of them after 20 or so on hold calls , they refunded my account. A lot of BAD reviews of these Guys would not do business with them again, BEWARE!

Oh wow, thanks for the heads up. Not trying to justify what they did (they should've been upfront with you about the delays), but finding parts right now is like winning the lottery.

The shortages last year due to Covid seem like small potatoes compared to what it is right now.

Good luck with your search!

Also hear some horror stories about shockwarehouse. I ordered mine from LTB Autosports, they were good to deal with. The Koni has not made a smoother ride on mine but the handling is better and the porposing when going across bridges and dips has all but been eliminated. To me was well worth it.

Order them from Brazel's Ultra RV! Good prices, free shipping over $600!

Also have Ultra-Trac rear track bar, Saf-T-Plus Steering stabilizer, & for performance, the Ford Ultra Tune, engine tuner!

Great folks to do business with, & smart support staff, as well!

Thought about a different brand?

I replaced not so old Koni shocks with KYB Gas a Just and the improvement in ride control was stunning. I have about 8-9k miles on them so far.

My "proof in the pudding" experience was on I-40 in eastern OK. Went through with the Konis and a few months later with the KYB. All those bumps that jarred our Trek hard with the Konis were much less rough with the KYB shocks.

Bonus, KYBs are quite a bit less than half the cost.

I Just Ordered Mine

Just found some at Hendersons (makers of the Super Steer Rear Trac bar-which I also ordered) in Grants Pass Oregon. I'm in Oregon so I got free super fast shipping. They were fantastic to work with.

Ugh....forgot to mention this important point: they only had the fronts in stock. Rears are still 3-4 weeks out.

I found them by calling Koni directly in Kentucky and asking for suppliers near me.
