Kudos to Shurflo Water Pumps

I read an article about water pumps in Motorhome Magazine and it said that a faulty back flow valve in a water pump could be the cause of a water tank overflow.

This past winter I couldn't keep my coach connected to shore water because my water tank would over fill and trickle water from the over flow. I have already replaced my 'tank fill/ normal' valve.

I sent Surflow an email telling them that my water tank would over flow when connected to shore water and asking questions about replacing the pump.

Surflows answer was "Send us your address and we will send a replacement back flow valve."

Shurflow is very responsive to problems with their products. We had our waterpump replaced 3 times, under warranty.......in one year. After the last one went out we bought a Flojet and never looked back.

How old was the pump? Did they do this under warranty, or just to be nice?

The pump is in a 2016 MH. They never asked me about my MH or the age of the pump. So I'm assuming that this is a good will gesture.
