Kwikee Coach Entry Steps mod 42

Anyone know of a repair service that works on these Entry steps (Kwikee mod 42) . I have been calling service at Campers World (not my first choice) and I can't even get them to answer the phone. I'm in the Plano,Frisco, Mckinney, Texas area. Thanks

What is it not doing? Do you have the manual? I've attached it. The model 42 that we have is not as common as the other models. I've been through mine totally - it worked fine and then stopped. It ended up being a wire pulled out of a butt connector - how that happened I have no clue. There is a fuse in my power bay for it.

Not sure why it is not attaching - here is a link to it https://www.lci1.com/assets/content/...pg_1422258.pdf

If this is with the retractor motor

then the brushes in the motor can simply be worn out, but check the wires, even check voltage while opening and closing the trigger door.

can find suitable brushes from most ace or h/w stores or elec type stores, carry the worn of course there are lots of diff brushes.

but a real PIA to replace, so be patient, better than waiting for a replacement motor and MUCH cheaper, and if retired, what else do you have to do ?????

DIY, NOT camping world !!!!

Last year while traveling in your area we had an issue with our ac. We found Ryan's and he helped us very quickly at a reasonable price. I'm sure he can handle repair to your steps.
