I'm not familiar with your coach's configuration but I would guess there is a fuse wherever all your other 12v fuses are on your coach. Rationale: This is a wet area and should be circuit protected w/a fuse. Along the same lines, since it is a wet area, it is prone to corrosion. Ensure all the contacts to the motor are clean and corrosion free.

Good luck

They should be on a 30-amp fuse. The fuse box should have a label.

Kwikee steps have been taken over by Lippert, but the manuals for the different models are here: https://support.lci1.com/kwikee-steps in case your problem is more than just the fuse. The ground wire is also a frequent cause of failures, so that might be your second place to look.

I found Kwikee to be very helpful. Hopefully Lippert is too.

On my Class A, there were inline fuses found in very close proximity of the house batteries, for my steps and awning. You might also check underneath very close to the actual steps for any wiring that may be loose or broken.

Ground connection is often a culprit since many vendors simply fasten with self-tapping screw.
