Kwikie steps will not extend

On the road in a 2018 Southwind gasser.
Steps will not extend. Door magnets o.k., no frayed wires, fuse o.k., no jams,

checked with key on/off, shore power on/off/, checked for obstructions.

Under warranty so reluctant to remove covers, strip wires, etc.

Any ideas ?

The fuse for the steps usually come off of the coach batteries.
See if you have any fuse links off the positive posts of your batteries.

See the green fuse holders. Your may be different.

Kwikie steps will not extend

Check your maintenance manual I had a problem with my steps so unplug from the four wire connector used contact cleaner plugged them back up works great. You may also want to use the dielectric on the pins before you re plug them.

They have a troubleshooting section on their website that’s very helpful. I bought the testing adapter and found it was the motor.
