Ladder Mount for Accurite Weather Station
I purchased an Accurite weather station for my coach. It has a 3/4” schedule 40’ post mount that I want to clamp onto my ladder or roof mount. I would prefer the ladder mount. Does anyone have a source to purchase? I have goggles but cannot seem to find what I am looking for!

I mounted my Tempest weather station using a Flagpole Buddy, as suggested above.

How does the flagpole buddy work on different pole sizes? I think the socket on my weather station is 3/4", so i couldn't determine from their website if it would work.

The height of the flag pole determines what size mounts Flag Pole Buddy supplies. I purchased a 12ft and the top section of the pole is about an inch in diameter. The Tempest mounts on a larger pole and I just wrapped the pole in duct tape to get it to the size. You could ask the Flag Pole Buddy people what the diameter of the top section on any of their heights.

Greetings all!
Coloradobnd, what will you do if you end up in a site where the rear of your rig is blocked from the wind or you don't have room for the pole?
Example, we winter in Az, and our site has the back 1/3 of the coach under the tree's. I would need a pole in front, and it would need to be pretty sturdy given the frequent high winds here in the winter.
Interesting thread, would be nice to have the pole option of front or back

The trees are approximately 40' tall, aligned in rows north and south. located on the east side of the trees with the wind predominantly from the north west would ground turbulence be a factor especially for the high wind days which would be more of interest than accurately recording a light breeze.

We live out west so that is seldom (I don’t think ever actually) a problem. I’m also ok with it just clearing the coach roof also. I just love having my home system and miss it on the coach. I put an inexpensive one in the propane compartment but it’s not even close to accurate.
