Las Vegas to Groveland Route( Yosemite National)

I have a 40ft pusher and want to go to Yosemite through Death Valley. Is it safe to do that? Are the roads and mountains to much for a 40 footer? THKS.

I have not driven in Yosemite itself but been up to it and also just made a loop through Death Valley. Other than DV being warm already, nothing else posed any problems.

Tioga Pass (Hwy 120) that crosses through upper Yosemite is a beautiful drive and has some climbs, twists and turns but is doable in a 40'. Hwy 140 that goes south off of 120 into Yosemite Valley has a tunnel that you need to verify clearance for your coach. We drove all of this on our motorcycles and Jeep last September but stayed in Mariposa. Be prepared for heavy traffic into Yosemite just about any time.
