LCI Levelers Error

I am getting an error "Retract Timeout, please return jacks for service" when I start my 2014 Thor Hurricane 34E. The system worked fine when I put it away for the winter. I disconnect the batteries when I store it for the winter and when I reconnected this spring and started the motorhome, I got the error. I have read that there is a 40A breaker located near the pump but I can not find it. Does anyone know where it is on this model and what it looks like. The main pumps are right next to the batteries and I have read that the switch is about 18 inches from the battery but I can not find it and I do not know what it looks like. Any help would be appreciated.

Push the two small buttons on the left side (ENTER and RETRACT) at the same time and it will reset the system. Happened to mine ("Retract Timeout, please return jacks for service") about ten times so far and that is all the dealer does. After the dealer showed me what he did I now reset my unit when I get that message.
