LCI leveling system

The ON/OFF button for my LCI electronic leveling system on my 2014 Winnebago Sightseer 33C does not work. Pressing the button on the touch pad (part # 234802) does nothing. I can level my rv using either of the 2 remote leveling switches. When I do, the touchpad screen activates showing the leveling progress as if I had used the ON/OFF button. Likewise, I use the remote switches to raise the jacks.
Any ideas as to what's wrong with the button ... any easy button fix?

Give LCI Support a call: https://support.lci1.com/

They usually staff their call center with real techs, not call-takers. When I had a jack problem the person I talked to repaired the systems for LCI.

+ 1 for Lippert support, just the nicest folks. I called on a whim for my 2004 power gear issue and they helped me. Who does that ? On the bright side your pad is on sale for a mere $273.
Have you tried a coach reboot aka turning off all power ?
