Leaking rear slide

Our 2005 HR Ambassador has 3 slides. The road side rear slide out recently, in a strong rain storm, leaked. The water came in and ran from the driver's side towards the passenger side, in the carpet. I used a Bissell carpet cleaner and sucked up about a quart of water. I went on the roof and found no source. The side rubber seals are properly attached and the topper awning seemed fine. Any thoughts on how the water got in?

Look at the bottom of the slide, is the laminate sagging on the edges? Post some end view photos
