ID:	351876Just finished mine, for a WR250R Yamaha dual sport bike.
The hitch is 28" high and no place to put your feet, so riding it up is not a good idea, and she is too heavy to push.
I used a small winch and a "snatch" block. Put the cable on the right foot peg, and with my wireless remote, just hit the button and she is pulled right up at just under a walking pace.
I had to use a 14" hitch extension so the handlebars are not too close to the coach, and I reinforced the hitch mount on the coach to better take the weight.
Pict 1 is the OEM hitch mount = not so good.
Pict 2 is my fix with 2 x 2 x 1/4" angle and grd 8Click image for larger version

2 80# electric bikes. Bought an ‘RV’ rated bike rack but it was so cheaply made, the bikes and rack would bounce around where they have the hinge that allows the rack to fold up against the rv when not holding bikes. I basically copied that design for the wheel supports and made my own bike frame steady and didn’t make it foldable. Plus it’s 1/4” square tubing vs thinner tubing the rack manufactures use. Weighs a bit more, but the bikes have Zero movement and zero chance of the rack failing. Made the wheel supports to fit our bikes, not adj like the ones that you buy. Everything is welded solid.
