Brian8602, that is fantastic, I would bet a brick coach storage building has to be a first. I am indeed envious !

Definitely one of a kind. A bit out of my budget though, ok a HUGE bit.

A lot of things are negotiable but this may not be one of them. Just wondering what you guys that had one built did.
When we built our Morton Building, I don't recall a whole lot of haggling on the building shell price, but had some things added in at a fair price (maybe windows or trim), items that Morton supply's and installs with their own crew.
All the other things like heat, concrete, electric, plumbing etc, they sub out and if i wanted to, I could use my own contractors to get a better price. The bids they had were very competitive and I chose to use most of the contractors they use. Doing that, I figured the project would go smother with crews that have worked together before and the Morton expediter would have better schedule control. We did the site work, (gave them a level area as there was a 15 ft hill we had to reshape. I also did the ruff in plumbing for the future bath room, then had the septic system installed.
For the most part it went pretty smooth and was happy with the way it turned out.

I like 4-8 ft to get around all sides of the coach when parked with the slides out.
That makes it easy to work on or detail with a scaffold so I don't have to work on a ladder. If I an storing it for a few months, then I tuck it a bit closer to the wall, but not buy much, maybe 3-6 feet.

That's a very nice garage!
I agree in the 14hx16w doors. Backing in is never a problem with the 16 wide.

Our dock is 24' x 40' x 14' with a 14'x 14' roller door. This allows comfortable drive in and drive out. We can open the slide and the bay doors (in the slide) on the driver's side, and the awning on the passenger side. This has given us plenty of room. If I were to change anything it would be to add to the length and go 50'.

Now, if the DW would finally have the elusive garage sale and move out all of the "stuff" she's collected the past two years in preparation I'd have more room.

Good luck.
