Leveling Jack

We own a 2008 Monaco Signature with Power Gear leveling system. Our right rear jack is giving us problem. We have had it rebuilt twice. It works fine for a while. Currently, the fluid pours out of it when lowered. The previous owner had trouble also. He replaced the jack a couple of times. My question is does anyone know the replacement jack make part number & where we can purchase one.

Find the cause or this abnormal event will continue. Was that same jack always rebuilt at the same place? Have you ever bought a new jack from Lippert/Power Gear, or always had the same jack rebuilt? I'm assuming the shop that rebuilt gauged the jack-shaft for being straight and true?

It cannot be contaminated oil or all the jacks would be failing.

Can you get a hold of the previous owner? He replaced it so he would probably be able to give you the information.

But the question is, why problems with this one jack? Being a DP, I wouldn't think it was situated too close to the exhaust system, or might it be? Maybe something else that gets hot? Maybe the jack is mounted at some kind of odd angle causing excess sideways pressure to the shaft? Bent or nicked shaft if it's been rebuilt? As Ray mentioned, I don't think it's in the hydraulic fluid. There does seem to be something special about that rear corner that's causing the issues though.
