Leveling system indicator lights

Not sure if this is the correct forum or not.

Have HYD leveling system on my 2015 Forest River Georgetown XL 360.
They work great, that's not the problem.
When I retract them, usually the rear light stays on. Last tie it was the right and rear indicator lights stayed on.
I always check them anyway and they are all fully up.
Question is, where is the contact switch that would let the system know that each leg has been retracted.
Not even sure what the brand name is on the unit.

Thanks!

The lights you see after retracting are actually leveling indicators. They will be different every time. The jacks down light should not be lit. If jacks are not fully retracted you will get a load alarm when releasing the parking brake.

HWH corporation labels every part of their hydraulic leveling system ( control pad , jacks , and module ) so if you're not seeing any manufacturers name on your system ; finding out the makers name is the first step.

Can you post a picture of the leveling system control box and we'll try and get you the correct info for your system.

Mine the switch for the light is at the top of the jack. It screws into the jack like the hyd line. My jack needs to retract to the top. Not almost at the top.

You might want to try a long board and prop it under the jack after it retracts and see if you can us it as a lever and bring it up a little. Check lights before and after. If it fixes it. Try cleaning the jack cylinder, If that does not work maybe new springs?

From another web site, was told that possibility the fluid level was low. I found the reservoir under the door steps and it was a Lippert system. It was only 3/4 full.
I now have downloaded the manual for the system.

The lights flashing seem to be the unleveled direction. The problem was that it seems to over level. By that I mean it gets close, levels some more and ends up way to high. Last time I had to use the extra step that I bought the steps were so high. The manual has a Zero Level calibration instructions that hopefully will fi the problem.
The other site also indicated that most people manually level instead of using the auto mode. Will have to give that a try.
Thanks for responding;

I've seen the Lippert auto level system on fifth wheels do some weird things , including lifting the right side wheels, right off the ground in a level site.

Hope that a good read through of the manual and a re-set will cure your issue.

Remember fluid level check/add only with the jacks fully retracted.

Safe travels.
