Those wires route power to the Coach and Chassis remote switches in the RV. When flipped they trigger the disconnect switches and let power flow through.
I double checked all connections from original layout.

So are you saying that if the ignition wire is connected that you cannot use the chassis battery disconnect? A strange one indeed. If the ignition switch is not on there should be no power at the ignition wire.

Yes.

If the Ignition wire is connected to the Li-BIM the Chassis remote Disconnect Sw will not function and the Chassis has no power.
When I disconnect the Ignition lead from the Li-BIM the Chassis remote Disconnect Sw functions as designed.

The BIM should have nothing to do with the chassis disconnect at all. It's intended purpose is to connect the chassis and coach battery together for charging. I hate to say it, but could you have connected something that you shouldn't have?

With the ignition OFF do you show 12v on the ignition lead prior to connecting to the BIM?

I’m getting ready to do the same Li-BIM swap and just curious what was causing your issues and how you resolved the problem. I’d like to be prepared for possible problems. Thanks.
