Light Bulb Removal

There are 2 overhead lights between the exit door & the TV. Neither of these are working.. At this point, I do not know if these lights are bad, or if it is a wiring problem.

How do you remove them without damaging them?

Once they are removed, do you replace the bulb, or do you have to replace the whole light assembly?

Lastly, is it possible to change the bulb while leaving the housing in the ceiling?

it looks to me that the bottom portion should twist probable counter clockwise a little and come off.

Not familiar with those lights but I agree, it looks like the bottom is the part that needs to be detached. Twisting (unscrewing) or it might even pop off. It actually looks like the left one already has a gap in it.
