Lithium heated bay

Proud owner of a 2016 Tiffin Allegro Red 37PA. Have installed 800 watts of Go Power solar. Now time to install lithium batteries in battery compartment which is exposed to outside temps. Any ideas on heating the batteries or battery compartment so to have full use of my Battle Born batteries. Have had 2 12 volt, 100 watters, in the past and now adding 2 more. Any comments will help
Thanks, Jimmy

are you using your batteries during extreme cold? the BB's have a BMS in them that manages charge/discharge based on the battery temp. If you don't need the 12v power in extreme cold then you should be fine.

The nice way to do this is to insulate the battery compartment and run a small dia flexible duct from inside the coach to the battery compartment. On many coaches they route it from under the bathroom cabinet to the battery bay.
Install a small temp controlled fan to pull air from inside the coach into the battery compartment.
This covers you for both extreme hot and cold.

Or buy a battery with a heater.

100Ah Battleborn with heater kit ($950)

or better yet

206Ah SOK with bluetooth and heater ($1200)

RV 12v under tank heating pads are popular for off grid and RV.
