Yes they should. Lithium batteries do vary on size but typically a standard 100Ah Li will fit where a standard 6V lead acid went. Just remember, you can't charge Li batteries below 32^F.

The 100 amp hour lithium batteries are fairly compact, However there are 200, 300, and 400 Ah lithium batteries available in a 8D size format. You might find it worth removing the tray and having it reconfigured by a local welder or fabricator. It’s a good time for upgrading but lithiums do have some specific temperature and charging requirements. Will Prowse has a lot of videos dealing with these issues on YouTube.

Your 6-volt batteries are BCI size GC-2.
https://www.batteryequivalents.com/g...batteries.html
Look at the dimensions of the battery you want to use and see if it is the same or smaller than the GC-2.
However, changing to Li requires a lot more than just matching the dimensions. You need to ensure your charging source is compatible with Li batteries and you need to protect them from extreme temperatures. Many threads and online resources on Li conversions. Please do your homework before jumping in.

The 100 AH 12 Volt LiFe04 batteries I used are about the size of a Group 27 standard battery. They were bigger than the Group 24 Golf Cart Batteries I replaced. So measure your tray and look at the measurements of the batteries you are considering. In the case of my Winnebago, I only could fit 1 LiFe04 where 2 Golf Cart Batteries were.
If they are different size as mine were, then you will need to rework the way the batteries are secured. Tthe LiFe04 batteries I used were water resistant, not water proof like Lead Acid Batteries are. I added a layer of protection around them with Group 27 Battery Boxes, and this also provided the means to secure the batteries using the straps and strap hardware that came with the boxes.

Many owners sacrifice heated basement or living space for Lifepo4 use.
Check/consider a 12v server rack battery while your investigating. The downside to a 12v 400ah server rack compared to say pairs or groups of other batteries is the server rack is is only 200 amp BMS. A pair of 200ah batts may get you 2 x 200A or similar output.

How many 6v and how are they oriented. If coach is in storage, you can get standard measurements for 6V GC2 batts and whatever battery your considering. There may be some wiggle room in height you would need see how much in person.

There are some LiFePO4 batteries with a self-heating feature to allow charging below freezing. We bought LifeBlue brand ones for that reason. Works nicely on cold sunny days along with the solar. They cost more though, so balance it against the probability of cold weather when you travel. We do a lot of shoulder season travel, so it was worth it for us.
