Living room slide PS won’t extend

Background. 2016 Allegro bus 45OP. Arrived at campground leveled Coach on air. Extended rear slides. Extended DS slide. Went to extend PS slide no movement. Was late at night so went to bed. Started troubleshooting. There are 3 fuses in hydraulic compartment. 5,15, 15. All good. Hooked to Shorepower have 28,24 combined 54. Hyd pump not running 16, 24 40 combined. Magnum shows 117 amps. Hydraulic level approximately 1” from top.

I know on a 2019 Bus, there is an emergency extend/retract button in the bay under the driver's side window. Our friends had the same issue and cycled the slide with the emergency button and that solved the issue.

I have a 2014 Tiffin Allegro RED and do get this problem occasionally. My first step is to push the Auto Level button again. After it finishes, I try the slides again. If that doesn't work, I Auto Store and then Auto Level again. I assume it's a back-pressure problem against the solenoids in the hydraulic pump. Releasing that pressure seems to do the trick for me.

I would test the solenoid. Does the other slide still operate OK? If so, then I would test the voltage coming into the solenoid when you operate each slide. If they aren't the same, then the switch or wires to/from the non operating slide switch sounds like the issue.
