Question Looking at potential purchase...thoughts

We have found a floorplan (34J) we really like that checks every box we have except it's a few inches longer than my shelter. The back will stick out about 9". Going next weekend to look at one a few hours away. What do I need to look for?

Some data, It's a '21 Windsport with only 2000 miles. The paint scheme matches the '22 brochure, so guessing a late model year build? Has the 7.3, with only 2000 miles and being in the south, allot of that came from the factory to there. They told me they purchased from another dealer. While I may get an inspection done later, want to do a good check myself before I go to that expense.

Should I take a moisture meter?
Should I take an outlet tester? I assume a standard one works in an RV?
Check that everything works with both shore and gen. power. Check that the water pump works, Hot water, furnace (at least for heat, guess I can't check the AC in the winter?), Auto leveling, both fridges (has outdoor). Check for leaks and that appliances work.

What to look for on the test drive, I have never driven a class A, but have had campers with 3/4 tons for years, as well as a two weeks rented Class C across Alaska. So not a full newbie, just hear so much about different 'fixes' people have done. I understand the newer F53 chassis solved some of those issues but...

Thanks for whatever help you have.

Before you go to visit the coach, tell the owner to start the fridge, and that if it's not cold when you get there, you'll consider the fridge non-op. If it's an RV fridge, choose whether you want to feel it perform on gas or electric. You'll be able to fire up the water heater, the AC, the furnace, the tv, and alot of other things and see them operate almost immediately, but the fridge takes time to get itself to fridge temps.

Thanks. It is Residential. So as I understand, should cool much faster. They did say however they would have it hooked up. Great point though.
