Looking for New Montana LLC Administrator
We have had a Montana LLC for 3 years now and are not satisfied with the service. Our current provider is basically a "paper pusher" and does not provide legal advice (as they shouldn't - we did not choose a law firm). We are ready to make the change but would like to get recommendations first.
Can anyone recommend a good Montana attorney/law firm, specializing in setup and administration of LLCs, including legal advisory services?

Bennet Law Firm in Missoula seems to have the best reputation but are also about the most expensive. Heggen is another one but I've never heard any comments about him.

I live in Missouri and am considering setting up a Montana LLC. I am not sure what LLC company to use. I have my finances through Seacoast. Anyone have any experience with them? thank you for any help.

I used Bennett when we 1st purchased our MH. Was very pleased with their service for the past 3+ years. When I decided to register my unit in TX. they provided me with all the necessary paperwork to make the transfer. Did not have any questions from DMV or any old tax issues. Not the cheapest but they seem to know what they are doing in this area.
The only thing on LLC's is that some insurance companies will not provide coverage to a LLC.

I am in the process of establishing an LLC with Bennett Law Offices at this very moment. I contacted several insurance companies which include Progressive, Allied, GMAC and State Farm and they will all insure a motorhome registered under an LLC. What major insurance companies have you found that will not insure under a LLC? I need to know if these companies are telling me wrong.

Mike, I tried USAA which uses Progressive as their insurance carrier for RV's. They gave me a quote but was told they would not insure a LLC. Bennett hooked me up with Garden City Insurance in Missoula Mt. I worked with Keith at 866-444-1084 who is the agent and the carrier was National Interstate Ins. Co.. I had to change agents when I registered in TX but stayed with National via PPL here in TX. Never had a claim so can't comment on that side of the issue but the pricing was very competitive.

would like to know if anyone has used New Horizon in Montana to set-up their LLC? I live in Missouri and am also wondering if anyone has had any problems with their Montana LLC while in Missouri.
