Looking for Power Gear Leveling Jack P/N 501473

I had a pin shear off on a Front Right Power Gear Leveling Jack P/N 501473. After removing the jack and disassembling everything, I was able to remove the broken pin. However the metal screw that the pin goes through is seized up and will not turn. I am soaked it in WD/40 in hopes this might free it up, but so far no luck. My next option is to buy a new or used jack. I have been searching the internet and haven't had any luck in finding one. I am wondering if anyone know where I might be able to purchase it. Lippert now owns Power Gear and was wondering if they may have these. Does anyone know a reputable jack repair place in the Michigan/Indiana area?

I'm not familiar with your jack but is it possible to get a torch to heat it up and get the part out? I had a issue several years ago with a seized part. I found a shop and had the guy there use a torch to heat it up it still took him 20 minutes to remove the part but it saved me many $$$'s.

Try colawRV.com, that's where I bought my used cylinder for my HR.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

A good machine shop may be able to solve the problem! Have fun and keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Thanks for all the great replies to my post. I was able to take it to a machine shop and they were able to heat the jack and use some tools I didn't have to un-seize the jack screw. Now I need to find out why i'm getting an error on my rear left jack. These Power Gear leveling jacks are stubborn.

I ordered A new 501473 Jack from Lippert and was told it would ship in 10 days. My credit card was charged and the order was back in February. Have called multiple times and was told their assembly machine broke down and a part was needed. Lippert could not tell me when that would be in. I called again called at the end of May and told they got the part and made many orders that would ship June 1st. However they could not tell me if my jack was in the ones already made and their machine was again broken down. As of June 29th I still haven't received it.
