If Duncan for some reason isn't able to help you, there is a vintage RV glass specialist out here in the PNW. I see you're in the midwest but if by chance Duncan or other RV glass shops in your area can't help you, you might at least give this place a call to see if they can somehow assist you with it ...they are just outside Portland Oregon and were called to my attention by somebody who is doing a renovation of an older RV in our area but I've never used them myself:

Vintage RV Glasparts

With that said, they do have one bad review here on the forum several years back having to do with ordering the wrong part and not immediately giving a refund (GO HERE) so I'm not sure exactly what their reputation might be other than the person I'm talking with doing the renovation contacted them to ask questions about some glass components and was impressed with their knowledge of older RVs.
