I believe (but we'll have to wait for somebody with first-hand experience to confirm) that the bolts screw directly into the wood floor.
Therefore, I'm assuming that you have a stripped hole as the bolt is not tightening. First, I'd check to see if you don't have a slow leak of water underneath the toilet that could be soaking into the wood and "mushing" the hole so there's no more grip on firm wood. If that's the case, you may (or may not) have to repair that part of the floor depending on how much damage, if any, there is along with fixing whatever is leaking.
But let's assume the hole is not water-logged. I've used a product for stripped wood holes called Screw-It-Again with good success. You might give that product a try to see if it will give the bolt something to grab on to and kind of re-thread the existing hole. I'm sure there similar products and also the old fashioned way of using wood shims and glue, etc. but as I say, I've actually had pretty good luck with Screw-It-Again in other applications ...

No matter, to fix the problem either way, I think you're going to have to remove the toilet (see if the attached video helps).
The reason I say that the bolt is screwing into the floor is that I looked at the video below --he has a Tiffin with a macerating toilet but it's a 2014 Allegro I believe-- and when he unbolted the toilet, there was not a nut that the bolt screws into.
