Lost 12 volt power

Plugged into 50 amp service, but have lost our 12volt service. Monitor reads ďNo Inverter Comm, DC 13.9v, 34A.1.
Battery charger light is on, green light on inverter is flashing like itís in search mode. No breakers popped, just no 12v service.
Can anyone tell us what to check or know whatís going on?
Thanks for responding.

12v back on after checking fuse in panel on outside drivers side compartment.
Fuse wasnít blown so reinstalled and 12v came back on. Donít know what made it go off in the first place.

Unplug, reset inverter. Does 12v now work ? If no, then you may have tripped the inverter on board breakers that need reset. If yes 12v works ok fine when unplugged then plug in again. Same thing happens then the shore power connection is suspect and your inverter is shutting down to protect itself.

12 volts doesn't come from the inverter, it comes from the batteries.

Have you checked the disconnect switch near the door. It may be off. That switch sends 12 volts to everything except the inverter/charger. That has a large 30p amp fuse in a large battery cable.

Unless your inverter is like mine and so many others and wired into your house system.
