OK , Workhorse Chassis , that make for a lot of difference to the info you'll receive ,
My B-in-L's Tiffin on a Workhorse W-22 , had the same Dicor stainless wheel trim as my Nemar on Freightliner.

Next question , What is your chassis GVWR , 22,000 or 24,000 lbs ?

Please as soon as you can , post photos of your wheel covers , those will eliminate a LOT of guess work in getting you the answers your looking for.

I think I may see the problem, if it is a problem.
After reading through the brochure I linked too, There are 2 Workhorse chassis's and one Ford.
One Workhorse chassis is an 18,000 LB, with tire size, 225/70R/19.5
The other, 20,700 LB, with tire size, 245/70R/19.5

Gary says he has 275/70R/22.5 on his coach now.
I think I can see why he is asking about the studs.
Someone has changed the tire and rim size to a larger tire, which I suppose could work but that is out of my knowledge arena. I have read some things on it here in the forum, but that's all.
So where we at now??
Pictures would still be nice.

Larry-

You are correct for the 2006 30PDD model, which is shown on page 17 of the brochure (link here).

But...

The OP appears to have a different model in the 2006 line. There were five of them: 33PBD, 34SBD, 36DBD, 37PBD and 37PCT. I could not quite figure out the 33PBD, but for the other models the Ford and Workhorse 22,000-pound GVWR chassis could be chosen. Finally, for those two chassis, 22.5-inch wheels were standard that year (see page 12, link here).

So, while we wait for the OP to confirm it, we can assume:

1) He has a 34SBD, 36DBD, 37PBD or 37PCT, and
2) It came with 22.5-inch wheels, so no switcheroo has occurred.

Of course, you know what they say about assumptions...

Lug Nut issue resolved

[QUOTE=edge68474;6175730]I went out and took some pics. 4 of them. Front with and without hub caps. I call them hub caps. And the rear with and without hub caps.

Hello all,
I removed the 4 Lug nuts on the front wheel and found they only are there to hold the "hub Cap" on with the real lug nuts hidden behind the hub cap.
Also I had mentioned that the rear wheel lug nuts are smaller 1 ¼” verse the front at 1 5/16”. However the studs front and rear are the same size so I will purchase 8 replacement 1 5/16” Lug nuts for the rear and then all hub cap lug nuts will be the same and will use the same chrome covers.
I have attached 4 pictures.

36' workhorse chassie with 8.1 gas motor
Thanks for everyones help.

Thanks for posting pictures and wrapping up your post .

I don't recognize the logo on the center of the cap so I can't help with a brand name or supplier for correct parts .

If your Workhorse chassis is a W-22 ( 22,000 lbs GVWR ) the actual lug nuts are metric ( 33MM socket if memory serves ) and torque to 450 ftlbs.

A second though ; I always have them .

My Freightliner chassis also uses 8 bolt wheels ; very similar to the ones you have , if not the same .
But unlike the metric lug nut on your Workhorse chassis that take a 33MM socket , mine use a 30MM socket and the same 450 ftlbs torque spec.
In your search for proper fitting chrome covers and lug nuts to hold the wheel trim on remember you might be needing to use metric measurements in your search.

1 1/4" & 15/16' come extremely close to 30 & 33 MM , some one may have used Freightliner lug nuts on the rear instead of Workhorse.

I'm more likely to suspect the rear has the wrong rim on the inner or outer. Nearly all dual wheel applications on an RV use steel inner rims.

Copy that Ray.
Gary has the same hub caps as mine. Called, Wheel Masters. Only different size. Gary, you definitely need new ones. Your tire in the one pic looked great, but the rim, umm, not so much, lol.
Take care, have fun with your coach.

Thanks for dropping in Mark. I thought you might be here soon.
Yeah, I feel compelled to help especially when one's coach is almost like mine, and yours. I think we needed more info to start with. But we have it now and all seems well. Take care.

And Gary. Your coach looks to be nice and shiny. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Larry, I have only had it about 1 month and have given it one waxing so far. Looking for a better power buffer. I have a good one but it runs at 2000 RPM and I have been told between 1000 and 1500 RPM is better. Fortunatly I have a large hanger so I can keep it inside when not in use.

Hanger, hanger, like in airplane hanger!!
I am now envious.
Yeah, I need to wax mine again also. I have a orbital buffer and it works ok, but I want a good buffer. It's kind of hard work, but, I like to see it shine real good, which keeps me going, lol.
Take care bud.
