Macerator toilets just quit working
I have a 2021 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35K with 2 macerator toilets. For whatever reason, tonight they both quit working when stepping on the level to flush the toilet. It's acting like the black tank is full, which it isn't. We did fill the black tank one time when we were boondocking and found out when the black tank is full the toilets quit working. After dumping the black tank they went back to normal operation. But not this time. I've flushed the black tank and made sure everything is running clear and the tank level doesn't show full, but neither toilet will work.
I've cycled through the salesman battery switch in hopes that it might reset them but no luck. I don't know where the fuse might be if one was blown. I suspect something to do with the tank level sensor since neither toilet will work.
Has anyone had the same issue and found a fix for this?

What brand are they? The Dometic units have a black box, about the size of a deck of cards that controls them. On the Dometic units. you can cut the wire that senses a full tank (yellow) and put the toilet back in operation. On my first coach with the Dometic macerators, the box was hidden in a cabinet, on my current coach, the box is stuffed into the back of the toilet.
Since both toilets quit, you may also want to look for a sensor on the top of the black tank, that tells the toilets the tank is full. On mine, that sensor was telling my coach that the tank wasn't full. I started to twist to remove it and everything reset.
Hopefully, someone with a Fleetwood product will have more helpful info.

How were you able to reach the sensor at the top of the black tank?

On a Newmar, there is a a panel on the passenger side, opposite of the wet bay side, that is removable. You should have some type of bay door on the passenger side, where the tanks are located. Look for a removable wall.

Do the touch pads for the toilets show a red warning light? If so, I would suspect the sensor, or a faulty control box. If there are no lights on the touch pad, I would suspect the fuse or power connections for the control box.
(Sorry if I missed it, but I did not see if you specifically said the control pads were lit)

There are no touch pads. The 7640 macerator toilets are flush level operated.

The online manual.....
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/15...page=16#manual
...has trouble shooting section that indicates "check circuit breakers or fuses"

Both out 7600 stopped at same time. Had to reset DC to reset. Then would only flush once and reset DC again. At Fleetwood now and tech can’t reproduce. Figures. Ended up disconnecting tank full sensor till we got here.

Greg....here is a link to Dometic that shows what their OPTIONAL tank monitors look like. I think this may still be your issue, if you can find one on the top of the tank.
Glad the yellow wire worked for you. On mine, I put a switch on the wire, so when it works again properly, you can turn the system back on. In an emergency, turn the switch off.

Good idea.
I did a 1 minute reset of the DC power and the black tank level looks like its fixed and the toilet with the yellow still attached is working now. Thanks for all your help.

I would make sure 100% the tank is empty and not something stopping the valve up.
