I have a 2003 Fleetwood / Southwind 32 V The motor for the Slide out is going bad the Part number is K01265F500 I can not find a replacement with that number. Does anybody have a name and cross reference number that would take it's place?

I believe the part number you give, K01265F500, is actually a serial number. There should be a few numbers after it. I think the P/N is 521066 or 522176 but I'm not sure. Follow this link for a Power Gear Service Manual to see if you can find any information.
