Main TV volume in 2017 Bounder

The main TV in our 2017 35 K Bounder has a sound issue. When watching TV with the antenna we are not able to adjust the volume. There is sound but can't make it louder or softer. When watching a DVD volume works perfect. Is anyone else having a similar problem. Dealership has not been able to fix.

Does the sound come through the sound bar when watching TV or just the TV. Check the audio output settings for the TV. It may not be outputting to the sound bar like it does for the Bluray player.

Also, which TV do you have? Which Home theater system?
They have changed from Sony to LG to Jensen recently. All are slightly different in the setup.

When watching OTA (antenna) TV you will be listening through the speakers that are built into the TV. You will need to control the volume with the remote that came with the TV, not the remote that controls the surround sound system (DVD).

When using the surround sound you will need to mute the internal TV volume or turn it all the way down.

Not with the Sony that came with my Bounder. OTA/Sat/DVD all comes through the Home Theater system. Very nicely integrated. I don't have to do anything regarding setup. If I turn the HT off it automagically changes the setup and it comes out the TV speakers. Volume is all controlled by my TV remote to boot. Nicely integrated. HDMI is a wonderful thing when it works seamlessly

TV sound

The sound comes through the TV speakers when watching TV with the antenna. I am using the TV remote and it is a Jensen TV. When I push the TV remote on the TV it says audio receiver 0. Not able to change volume at all. DVD sound works fine.
