Mechanic wants a 27% surcharge on Banks header install

Well I just got my headers for a 2004 Adventurer with 8.1. Ordered from Summit Racing I think $1400 delivered. I looked at instructions and looks like a weekend project. From looking at directions no cutting of pipes. Biggest issue is will the old manifold bolts break or come out easy as far as the O2 sensors (Rock Auto) I got new ones instead of trying to get the original ones out of old exhaust. Lol Like most of us do me and our son do most everything we can to keep our RV in great shape.
